The property overall was tidy and GREAT AFFORDABLE, had lovely location and amenities. I loved a beautiful decor and smart furniture. There was a perfect bed and a luxury bathroom.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

room was excellent value for money. we dined out at big pizza kitchen, set a super close walk to the hotel. you can ask for extra towels too.

It has amicable staff and it's good value. It's excellent home base for visiting some must see attractions in Blackpool. Although the bed in our room was old, we liked the hotel.
